Hazel is ACCA qualified. She has spent
the last twelve years lecturing on CIMA, ACCA and AAT Technician level courses
at various colleges and, more recently, at the University of Hertfordshire. She has also presented tailor-made management
training modules in finance / accounting to private companies.

Elizabeth Vis ACA

Elizabeth qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst
and Young in 1988. She then went to work for FTC, before becoming
self employed in 1993. Elizabeth has worked for a number of
organisations during her period of self employment and has
been lecturing at West Herts College before joining aam training.

Paul Marambos FCMA

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in Johannesburg
after which he spent time in financial management working for a listed company.
Paul then joined Ernst & Young’s consulting division in London . Paul
was previously the Director of the CIMA programme run by the Business School
at West Herts College. He currently lectures at the University of Hertfordshire.

Arj qualified in electronics and chose a career as a quality professional.
He served on the Board of Directors of an office machine manufacturer for six
years before moving in to education. Arj has been employed in quality
& engineering roles in the Telecomms, Postal research and IT sectors.
Currently a freelance trainer in Leadership & Management, he also works
in adult community learning with responsibility for Business,
Construction and Workforce Development. |

Michael Blott BA(Hons), ACIB, MEd

Michael has been a senior lecturer in Business Environment, Economics and Business
Law, and has taught them on a variety of professional courses, including CIMA,
ACCA, the Institute of Credit Managers, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Prior to his lecturing career, Michael worked for Lloyds Bank where he had a
number of roles, including managing customers accounts and providing investment
advice.
